👩⚕️ Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement wound care treatment plans for patients
- Perform wound cleaning, dressing changes, and advanced wound care procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on wound prevention and management
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols
✅ Qualifications:
- Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
- Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWON, or equivalent) preferred
- Previous experience in Wound Care, LTAC, or Med-Surg strongly preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
