π©ββοΈ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to IMCU patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient status
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on ongoing care and recovery
- Document all care and interventions in the EMR
β Qualifications:
- Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
- 1+ year of Acute, Intermediate, or Step-Down Care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
