HIGHLIGHTS:

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2
Will accept a first-time traveler: yes
Required Certifications: ACLS
Required License: IL Radiology Technologist
Skills required: Scrub into procedures with Procedural Physician and support intra-procedure workflows & operate imaging equipment. Sterile technique, familiar with Cath/EP/IR supplies and equipment, radiation safety
Floating: No
Weekend rotation: 1 Weekend On Call per month
On call: 1-2 nights on call per week and 1 weekend (Fri 1730- Mon 0700) call per month
Holiday Expectations: 1 Major Holiday during contract
Shift times: 7am-17:30pm M-F (qty 4 10-hr shifts per week, day off varies week to week)
Willing to take traveler with just IR or EP experience

On Call, Call Back Requirements: Yes On Call 1-2 nights a week plus 1 weekend (Friday 17:30- Monday 0700) per month and response time to facility is 30 minutes from being called in Weekend Rotation: On Call 1 weekend per month Holiday Requirements: 1 Major Holiday (either Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years) RTO Requests: Can we approve up to 7 days of RTO, depending on dates of RTO
