🎯 Position: Clinic Director

As a Clinic Director, you will combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities to ensure patients receive exceptional care while the clinic operates efficiently.
 

You Will:

✔ Provide direct patient care
✔ Oversee daily clinic operations
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff
✔ Manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling
✔ Drive patient engagement, visibility, and community outreach
✔ Support positive clinical and financial outcomes
 

🎓 Qualifications:

✔ Doctorate in Physical Therapy
✔ Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island (in good standing)
✔ Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
✔ Strong skills in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
