We’re looking for an experienced LTAC RN for a 13-week assignment in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a great fit for nurses who enjoy higher-acuity patients and want to work in a specialty long-term acute care setting. In this role, you’ll provide bedside care for medically complex patients, coordinate treatment plans, and support ventilator and long-term recovery needs. You may also take charge nurse duties after orientation and help supervise LPNs, CNAs, and new staff. Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years recent bedside experience</li><li>BLS (prior to first shift)</li><li>ACLS required for CIRH only</li></ul>Assignment<ul><li>13 weeks</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide LTAC nursing care for high-acuity patients</li><li>Assume charge nurse duties after orientation (as requested)</li><li>Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees</li></ul>
