Position Overview

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital is a small critical access facility where ER and Med Surg teams work closely together. The ER RN must be confident practicing in a rural environment with limited on-site resources and must have previous Charge RN experience.

This is a 12-hour night shift position with a standard weekend rotation.

Shift & Schedule

• Night Shift: 7p–7a
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend rotation required
• No on-call

Experience Requirements

• Previous Charge RN experience required
• Must be comfortable working in a critical access setting where ER and Med Surg interface closely
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred but not required
• Travel experience preferred

Certifications Required

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC

Licensure

• Active New Hampshire RN license required at submission

Submission Requirements

• Detailed work history
• Skills checklist (updated within 1 year)
• One supervisory reference from the past 2 years
• Current license and certifications included in profile
• Permanent address must be provided (to confirm 50+ mile requirement)
• RTO should be limited to no more than 5 days
