Description
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Shift: 4×10s or 3×12s | Start times 6:30 AM or 9:00 AM
Weekends: Rotating
On-Call: Required (must live within 30 minutes)
Compensation
- Salary: $26.52 – $40.90/hr (Based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation: $5,000 (for candidates 75+ miles away)
- On-Call Differential: +$2.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical equipment
- Assist in complex procedures across multiple surgical lines
- Break down ORs post-procedure and restock for upcoming cases
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in aseptic technique
- Serve as a mentor/preceptor to new teammates
- Participate in on-call rotation per unit requirements
Requirements
- State of Colorado Surgical Registry – DORA (Required)
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- CST Certification (NBSTSA) – Required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech Program – Required
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience
- Must live within 30 minutes of the facility (for on-call coverage)
