48hr weekly guarantees may be requested
Blocked scheduling requests may be requested

Scope of role: Must be comfortable with med-surg and step-down levels of care. Most shifts will have a mix of both levels per nurse.
Patient ratios: 1:4-6 (depends on acuity)
Required holidays: 1 major and one major holiday required depending on the season
