<h3><strong>Job Duties</strong></h3><ul><li>Perform general diagnostic X-ray exams per provider orders, including ER, inpatient, outpatient, and trauma imaging.</li><li>Verify patient identity, review orders, follow dual-identifier policy, and document exams accurately in EMR/PACS.</li><li>Position patients safely, assist with limited-mobility patients, and apply ALARA radiation safety principles at all times.</li><li>Operate radiographic equipment, portables, C-arm/O-arm, and maintain high-quality, diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.</li><li>Monitor patient condition during procedures and adjust techniques based on age-specific needs.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.</li><li><strong>ARRT (R)</strong> certification required.</li><li><strong>NYS Radiologic Technologist license</strong>.</li><li><strong>BLS (AHA only)</strong> required.</li><li><strong>Minimum 2 years X-ray experience</strong>, including Level 1 trauma center exposure.</li></ul>
