100 mile radius rule

Epic EMR proficiency required and recent (last 18-24 mo.)
No blocked scheduling requests.
Trauma level I/II of recent hospital experience required.
NURSE PATIENT RATIOS: DAYS | 1:5-6 NIGHTS | 1:6
Required certifications: BLS. Preferred: ACLS
Experience: 2 years as RN, 1 year specialty.
Floating Requirements: MedSurg, stable low acuity in ICU, RDU and Foothills clinic RDU
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Shift: Nights 1845-0715
