Job Description


 

  • Ratios: 1:1
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (screens at 1.5 years)
  • First-Time Travelers: Yes
  • Weekends: Required
  • On-Call: Yes — rotates with entire team on weeknights & weekends
  • Floating: No floating outside unit
  • Block Scheduling: To be discussed with manager
  • Locals: Accepted
  • Pending License: Not accepted
    • IN RN license + required certs must be in hand at submission
  • RTO: Must be included at submission
  • Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Guaranteed Hours

  • 8- & 10-hour shifts: 40 hours/week
  • 3×12s: 36 hours/week
  • 4×12s: 48 hours/week

Special Requirements

Required:

  • Scrub role
  • Experience in 3–4 of the following:
    • Neuro
    • Ortho
    • General
    • Urology
    • Endo/Laparoscopic
    • Podiatry
  • Robotics

Preferred:

  • Vascular
  • Thoracic
  • Plastics
  • ENT

  • 13 OR rooms
  • All surgical specialties except transplant
  • 2 Da Vinci Xi robots
