Alaska Regional Hospital is a 250-bed HCA Healthcare facility located in Anchorage, Alaska. The hospital is known for being the only non-military hospital in the state with its own landing strip, providing the capability to receive LifeFlight Air Ambulance patients via plane onsite.

About the Unit:

Number of Beds: 11 OR's
Day Shift Staff: Average of 8 RN's, 8 Scrub Techs, 5 Surgical Support Techs
Night Shift Staff: 1 Charge RN, 1 Scrub Tech in house with call team backup
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Type of Equipment: Varies with OR
EMR: Epic
Scrubs provided

Typical Procedures:

Total Joints
Multi Level Spine Fusions
Xi Robotics (GYN / Colorectal / General)

Must Have:

1 year of experience in OR
AK License
BLS (provided)
ACLS (provided)

Shift: 0630 - 1900 Weekends Preferred
