Travel RN Opportunity - Elko, Nevada

Position Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Variable
Call Requirements: As per contract
Float Requirements: Potential to float to other departments depending on patient census and needs

Required Experience & Education

Years of Experience: Minimum 1+ year in specialty
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Certifications:
- ACLS (must be obtained within 60 days of start)
- PALS (must be obtained within 90 days of start)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)

Patient Ratios: 1:5
Patient Population: Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric
Common Diagnoses/Treatments:
- COPD
- CHF
- Pre/Post Cath Lab
- Orthopedic Surgery
- General Surgery
- Acute Respiratory Failure (Adult & Pediatrics)

Fit testing is offered on-site
Must be greater than 60 miles from facility to qualify as travel
No mandatory scrub color; scrubs of any color are acceptable
