REQUIREMENTS: candidates must be a "hands-on" DON who is willing to assist with patient care when needed, they will need to help drive clinical processes and systems, help monitor staffing schedules, assist with calls on weekends, and assist with self reports, manage surveys, etc
Must have at least 2 years of DON experience in a LTC/SNF
