Basic Life Support

Description

Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Flexible, 36–40 hours per week
Shift Options:
- 4x10s
- 4x8s + one 4-hour shift
- Current schedules:
  - Mon–Fri with half-day Friday
  - Tue–Fri with half-day Saturday
Shift Start Time: 8:30 AM–9:00 AM
Weekend Requirement: Occasional Saturdays (no Sundays)
Certification Requirements: MT PT license, BLS (CPR available onsite if needed)
Guaranteed Hours: 36–40 hours/week
Clinical Setting:
- Mostly outpatient
- Must have experience with skilled swing bed or inpatient
- Acute hospital experience acceptable if no swing bed experience
- Caseload includes post-op patients (up to 4–5 at a time) and typical outpatient cases (sports injuries, general PT)
Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage varied caseload
Housing: Facility-provided one-bed/one-bath house, $100/month, 1.5 miles from facility
