Description
12 hr days, float as needed, every other weekend 33 bed Internal Medicine unit. In addition to caring for general medical patients, they specialize in the care of individuals with Cystic Fibrosis. They geographically localize the nurses to specific sections of the unit and pair CNAs with the nurses. This keeps the nurse and CNA close to the bedside
