Description

Job Title- Medical Tech
Facility Name- Humboldt General Hospital
Location-  Winnemucca, NV, 89445
Shift- 8hrs- Evening (Tuesday to Sunday) , 10hrs-Night (Thursday to Sunday)

Pay Package:
Gross Weekly- $2199/week
Guaranteed Hours- 40hrs/week
 
Breakdown-
W2- $24/hr.
Stipend- $1239/week

Job Description:
EXPERIENCE OF MINIMUM 3 YEAR IS REQUIRED.
-----> MUST HAVE Experience in:
Receive samples for aerobic and anaerobic cultures.
Properly sets up specimen for culture testing and isolation.
Can identify organism morphologically by gram stain, gram-positive and gram-negative organism.
Can perform antibiotic susceptibility of culture isolates by Minimum Inhibitory Concentration per CLIA and CLSI M100 guidelines.
Can identify state regulated reportable organisms such as (CREA, VRSA, Candida, Etc.)
Performs daily QC and QA in microbiology utilizing ATCC reference and CLSI guidelines.


Required Certification & Licensure: ASCP, BLS, NV General Supervisor License

Experience:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience
