Internal Job Description Shift: Day, 5×8-hour (12:00–20:30) Required Skills / Certifications / Experience Minimum Experience: 1 year Traveler Experience: First-time travelers accepted Locals: Not accepted (must live 50+ miles away) Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, NY License Skills Required Adult & Pediatric: Acute Care, Outpatient, ER, ICU, Operating Room Pediatric Outpatient Imaging Skills: Abdomen: decubitus, supine, upright, KUB Chest: AP, lateral, decubitus, routine Upper airway/soft tissue neck Trauma imaging Facial bones, orbits, paranasal sinuses, skull, TM joints Extremities: Ankle, femur, foot, knee, tibia-fibula Clavicle, elbow, forearm, hand, scapula, shoulder Trauma shoulder/humerus Scapular Y Transthoracic Axial Wrist Spine/Pelvis: Cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine Pelvis Sacrum/coccyx Other Skills: C-arm procedures Portable chest/abdomen Fluoroscopy exams Infection prevention Isolation precautions Radiation safety PACS Job Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00–8:30 PM Weekends: Every 4th weekend (rotation) Special Procedures / Unit Details FUJI fluoroscopy room, portables, and general X-ray room Konica Minolta U-arm and Siemens C-arms Busy general Radiology department covering inpatient, ED, and outpatient studies OR coverage for C-arm cases Fluoroscopy procedures: UGI, SBFT, barium swallow, barium enema, joint injections, myelograms, etc. Patient populations range from newborn to geriatric ED is a Level III Trauma Center (serves St. Lawrence County) X-ray coverage: 24/7; night shifts covered by CT/RT Tech Equipment & Systems Equipment: FUJI unit systems preferred Medication Documentation: Pyxis Charting: EPIC Unit Orientation Training: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts for 1 week Shift Info Day: 5×8-hour, 12:00–20:30
