5MED MS RN - Days - l *AUTO OFFER*
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital
Shift Requirements: 8hr Mids.; (M-F) 3p-1130p - Holiday rotation, No weekends
Holiday groupings:
Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and other like units as needed.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, WI or Compact license
Desired Certifications: None
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred. Must have experience with managing non titratable cardiac drips and insulin drips.
MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE. Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience.
Charting Experience Required: EPIC required within last 12 months
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5 Med unit 53 bed unit 1:7-8 is possible
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
Scrub Colors: Any
Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
