Job Description:
Duties
- Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Operate and maintain ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and other respiratory equipment.
- Collaborate with NICU staff to provide comprehensive care to neonates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
One (1) – three (3) years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
Preferred Education:
- High School graduate or GED
Required experience:
- Active and valid Respiratory Therapist license.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
