Description

Requirements:

Active RN License (Georgia or multi-state compact)
Must have 1 year of Med Surg experience required,
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Associate’s or bachelor’s in nursing (BSN preferred)

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient conditions
Develop and follow individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families about care and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
