Description

Mammo Tech for outpatient infusion center. 5x8 days M-F, no call/weekends/float required. Oncology based mainly dealing with breast cancer patients. Exceptional customer service skills required for adult/Geriatric patients. 3-year old department with new lead physician; adaptability and change management necessary for success. Comfort with ambiguity is a plus, as environment is dynamic. Will work alongside two other mammo techs and lead ultrasound tech.

2 years exp REQUIRED, 5+ years preferred. 1st time travelers considered with 5+ years of experience. 16 hours unit orientation, Grey, Caribbean Blue or Navy Blue scrubs. EPIC documentation.

Certifications REQUIRED: State license, BLS, MQSA

Certifications PREFERRED: ARRT (M), ARRT (R)

Skills/experience REQUIRED: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy. Hologic, Trophon.
