Job Requirements — ICU RN

Experience
• Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience — required
• Travel experience — preferred
• No license hits — required

Licensure
• Active Arizona RN license or Compact license — required
• Candidates with an Arizona home address listed on their driver’s license will not be considered (must include a copy of driver’s license with submission)

Certifications
All certifications must be from AHA or American Red Cross, active at time of submission, and included with the profile:
• BLS
• ACLS
