Floating: May float to Concord Hospital–Laconia or Concord Hospital–Franklin

Position Overview

Concord Hospital is seeking experienced Med Surg RNs for immediate openings, with start dates available ASAP through mid-January. The hospital is flexible with 13–26 week assignments and offers 36 or 48-hour weekly guarantees. Strong med-surg clinical skills are required, and critical care nurses may be considered if they are comfortable managing Med Surg ratios and acuity.

Shift & Scheduling

• Full-time: 36 or 48 hours per week
• RTO must be included at submission—no exceptions
• Local candidates accepted (within 50 miles at adjusted rate)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years Med Surg experience
• Travel experience preferred
• Critical care RNs considered if fluent in Med Surg workflows
• Cerner EMR experience required within last 12 months
• Must complete a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding
  • Preferred score: 80%

Certifications

• Required:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NIHSS (prior to start)
• Preferred:
  • ACLS

Submission Requirements

• Updated resume documenting 2+ years of specialty experience
• Two recent Charge RN or Manager references
• Specialty-specific skills checklist (within last year)
• Driver’s license with matching demographic info
• Active NH or Compact RN license
• Nursys verification of all active licenses
• Permanent address to validate local radius rules
• All RTO submitted upfront
