Description

Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Hybrid
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – in-office once a month if needed)
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year
Schedule: Flexible hours (no 10-hour shifts)
 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in a hybrid role. The LMSW will provide high-quality social work services, combining remote work with occasional in-office visits. This position is ideal for someone who values flexibility while maintaining strong clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide counseling and support to a diverse client population
  • Collaborate with healthcare and social service teams
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements:

  • Active LMSW license in New York and in your state of residence
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience (no new graduates)
  • Ability to attend in-office work once a month if needed
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
