Respiratory Therapist – West Point, NE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Respiratory Therapist for a critical access hospital in Nebraska. The ideal candidate should:

Hold a current Respiratory Therapist license or credential valid for Nebraska (or be eligible for licensure).
Have experience providing respiratory care in acute or critical care settings, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and patient assessment.
Be able to work 12‑hour variable day shifts totaling 36 hours per week.
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, patient-care skills, and ability to work independently in a small hospital environment.
Exhibit professionalism, adaptability, and effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
