Job Description – X-Ray Tech (Radiology/Cardiology)

Weekly Pay: $1,592 Local: $37/hr on W2

Profession/Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology – X-Ray Tech
Location: Burbank, CA
Start Date: 01/12/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 3x10 (07:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Hours: 30 hours/week

Position Summary

A skilled X-Ray Technologist is needed for a daytime 3x10 schedule. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety. Position includes free parking and a supportive acute-care environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized X-ray imaging procedures
Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and accurate imaging
Maintain equipment and report issues as needed
Document and chart within Meditech
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
Adhere to all imaging, radiation safety, and compliance standards
Support unit needs and workflow

Requirements

Experience: Typical experience required (department will review)
Certifications Required:
- BLS
- Appropriate radiology credentials (ARRT preferred)
Active CA license required (no pending or temporary)
