Description

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport (LGA), WTC–Oculus (NYC)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Contract: 1 year + possible extension
Pay: $66/hr - $69/hr

Position Summary:
Seeking a PMHNP to Homeless Outreach & Referral Program. Role involves mental health assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and engagement of homeless individuals across multiple NY facilities.

Responsibilities:

Psychiatric assessments & treatment planning
Engage resistant homeless individuals and coordinate referrals
Work with Urban Pathways and PAPD during outreach sweeps
Document encounters and submit weekly activity reports

Requirements:
RN License (NY or NJ) + NP License (NY/NJ as applicable)
PMHNP-BC or PMH-BC certification
6 months–1 year minimum clinical experience
Mental Health experience required
Active DEA, NPI number, malpractice insurance
Sex Offender Search clearance required
