Position Overview

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) is seeking an experienced Cardiac OR RN (CVOR) to support pediatric and congenital cardiac surgical cases at the new state-of-the-art Arthur M. Blank Hospital. This role requires strong circulating experience in cardiovascular surgery and comfort working in a fast-paced pediatric surgical environment.

Pediatric experience is a plus, but strong cardiac OR experience is required.

Schedule Details

• Monday–Friday, 4×10s
• One scheduled weekday off
• Start time: 06:45 | End time: 17:00
• Call required (details provided by unit)
• All RTO must be submitted at time of profile

Experience Requirements

• Extensive Cardiac OR (CVOR) experience required
• Pediatric CVOR experience preferred but not required
• Must have strong cardiac surgical background and ability to work in a pediatric setting
• Must hold active GA or Compact RN license

Certifications Required

• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

Additional Requirements

• Must pass nicotine screening (non-negotiable)
• Must comply with CHOA’s mandatory flu vaccination policy (no exemptions)
• Must be comfortable working in a high-acuity pediatric surgical environment
