Position Overview

Valley Regional is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to support its outpatient clinic network. This role requires strong psychiatric nursing experience across children, adolescents, and adults, as well as the ability to perform phlebotomy. The RN may be assigned to any of the outpatient practices based on need, including internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, obstetrics/gynecology, and pulmonology.

This position is best suited for a flexible, independent RN with strong behavioral health assessment skills who is comfortable working across multiple clinic settings.

Outpatient Practices Covered

Travelers may float to one or all of the following:

• Internal Medicine
• Family Practice (one includes pediatricians)
• Orthopedics
• General Surgery
• Urology
• OB/GYN
• Pulmonary

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Psych/Behavioral Health RN experience (REQUIRED)
  • Must include patients from pediatrics through adults
• Current phlebotomy experience required
• CPI / AVADE / Welle certification strongly preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Must have personal vehicle for commuting
• Permanent address must be included (for radius rule)

Certifications

• BLS (AHA) required

Submission Requirements

• Work history showing required BH and phlebotomy experience
• Active RN license (New Hampshire or Compact)
• All certifications uploaded with profile
• All RTO included at submission (no changes allowed)
• Driver’s license required
• Behavioral Health-specific experience must be clearly noted
