Start Date: January 5, 2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Days (6:00a–6:30p)

Position Overview
A leading Home Health agency in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced Travel Home Health Registered Nurse to join their team for a 13‑week assignment. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in autonomous field work, excels in patient education, and enjoys building meaningful connections in a home‑based care setting.

Schedule & Pay
•     Hours: 3x12 Day Shifts (6a–6:30p)
•     Hourly Pay: $32/hr
•     OT Pay: $63/hr
•     Weekly Stipends: $1,246/week for meals & housing
•     Mileage: Paid per mile

Requirements
•     Active Illinois RN License
•     Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience
•     BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
•     Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort with independent fieldwork
•     Reliable transportation for daily travel
