About the Position
Specialty: Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
Experience: Minimum 2 years EP Lab + ICU experience (Level I trauma preferred)
License: Active KY or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (all must show expiration dates)
Must-Have: All RTOs must be submitted at the time of application; locals not accepted within 75 miles
Description:
Seeking an experienced EP Lab RN to assist with cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, pacemaker/AICD insertion, LAA closure, and Watchman. Responsibilities include conscious sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation, and supporting procedural cardiology teams. A critical care background is required.
This is a 4×10 schedule, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4×10s, Monday–Friday). Floating may occur within the hospital or affiliates. Compliance includes multiple exams (EKG, medication/pharm, ICU, Cath/EP assessments).
