• Coverage area: Seekonk, Rehoboth, Dighton, Taunton, Raynham, Middleborough, Carver, Plymouth, Bourne, Wareham, Marion, Mattapoisett, Fairhaven, Acushnet, New Bedford, Dartmouth, Westport, Fall River, Freetown, Rochester, Lakeville, Berkley
• May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60-mile radius from the Facility address

Hospice experience required. Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours. HomeCare HomeBase experience required. Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train. 

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the Administrator.
