We are seeking a highly versatile and experienced ICU/PCU Registered Nurse to join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. This role requires a confident and skilled RN who is comfortable caring for a wide variety of patient populations and is willing to float seamlessly between ICU, PCU, and Med/Surg as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable nurse who thrives in a rural hospital setting where teamwork, flexibility, and strong clinical judgment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU, PCU, and Med/Surg patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, manage drips, and monitor critical patients.
• Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure safe patient care practices in all clinical areas.
• Float between units based on census and staffing needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Multi-State/Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, including:
  • ICU experience
  • PCU or step-down experience
  • Med/Surg experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work autonomously in a small-hospital/CAH setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Shift Information:

• Night Shift
• Flexible scheduling depending on hospital needs
• Weekend/Holiday rotation as required by the facility.
