Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a dynamic, fast-paced emergency department setting. This role involves working in a 15-bed ER with an additional 6-bed fast track, serving patients of all ages and diverse populations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically skilled, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments while delivering compassionate, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide triage, assessment, and direct nursing care to emergency patients across all age groups
• Respond quickly to critical and trauma situations with sound clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system
• Adhere to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and evidence-based practices
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and patient advocacy skills

Requirements:

• Active Hawaii RN license (must be current)
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred
• Ability to work days, evenings, or nights
• Holiday coverage required
• Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume ER setting
