Job Title: Travel RN – Pediatric (7P–7A) Facility: Community Medical Center Location: Missoula, MT Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Contract Length: 13 weeksOverview: Community Medical Center is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric unit. The RN will provide high‑quality care to pediatric patients, including those requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting children and families through complex medical needs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including those in PICU.</li><li>Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.</li><li>Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.</li><li>Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.</li><li>Educate families on treatment plans, therapies, and discharge instructions.</li><li>Document all care accurately in the EMR system.</li><li>Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current RN license (Montana or compact state).</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric experience, including PICU.</li><li>Required certifications: BLS, PALS (ACLS preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly in a pediatric care environment.</li></ul>Assignment Details:<ul><li>Travel contract position</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Shift: 7P–7A, 12‑hour night shifts</li></ul>
