Registered Nurse (1 year)

Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a ER Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $68 / hour

*W2

Shifts Available:

7p-7:30a- 36 hours (CANNOT DO 48hour)Every other weekend Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a ER Registered Nurse
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date certification in the state of NY

Responsibilities:

Assess patients quickly upon arrival
Triage patients based on severity of condition
Provide immediate emergency care (wound care, CPR, IV insertion, medications, etc.)
Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
Assist doctors during emergency procedures
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Document patient information and care provided
Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Prepare patients for tests, imaging, or transfer
Ensure equipment and supplies are ready and functional
