Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehab

Location: 801 5th Street, Sioux City, IA 51101
Shift: Days | 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Schedule: 36 hours GWW
Duration: 13 Weeks

Requirements

At least 2 years of previous Rehab experience required

Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

Iowa

Compact License Allowed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation for acute and chronic conditions, including post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex cases
Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress toward rehabilitation goals
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams, including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers
Monitor and document patient response
