Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with demonstrated experience in Pre-Op, Operating Room (Circulator), and PACU. This role requires flexibility and clinical expertise across all three perioperative areas. The RN will function as a primary caregiver, providing safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative continuum.

Experience in all three areas—Pre-Op, OR/Circulator, and PACU—is required.

Location: Lamar, CO
Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Rotational call (weekdays, weekends, and holidays)

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Regular Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Extended Hours: Occasional late days to complete surgical case loads
• On-Call Rotation:
  • 1–2 call days per week
  • Every other weekend or every third weekend, depending on staffing levels
  • Includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Surgical Services Manager or designated leadership

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Colorado RN license

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of Pre-Op, OR (Circulator), and PACU experience preferred

Certifications & Skills

• ACLS required
• CNOR preferred
• Scrub experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and technical skills
