Description

Charting system: Kinnser—Wellski for Home Health and Access for Hospice

Workload is about 5 visits on average

One weekend of on call/patient coverage per month.

OT may be possible but not guaranteed.

experience in Home Health or Hospice. Will train the right candidate. Must have BCLS and an Active LPN/RN license.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/RN License

• 2+ Years’ Experience
