LPN/LVN - Experienced Evening Charge Nurse for Secure Alzheimer’s/Dementia Facility

Join the compassionate team at Lake Ridge Center, an all-secured Alzheimer’s and Dementia care facility dedicated to providing exceptional, specialized care in a safe and supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated full-time LPN/LVN to lead our evening shift as a Charge Nurse, ensuring top-quality resident care and operational excellence. This pivotal role offers a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 2 days off, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

What You Bring:

• Valid LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Proven experience in long-term care, preferably with Alzheimer’s or dementia populations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee nursing staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Additional Skills That Set You Apart:

• Prior experience as a charge nurse or supervisor
• Knowledge of clinical protocols related to dementia care
• Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
• At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with a preference for dementia-specific experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of 4 days on, followed by 2 days off
• Must pass background checks and health screenings
