<p>Registered Nurse – Dialysis (Outpatient, Travel Assignment)</p><p> </p><h2>Position Overview</h2><p>Berkshire Health Systems is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at our North Adams, MA campus. This role provides outpatient dialysis care with the expectation to float between facilities, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery across patient populations.</p><p> </p><h2>Assignment Details</h2><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> 71 Hospital Ave, North Adams, MA 01247</li><li><strong>Float Requirement:</strong> Must be willing to float to BMC Dialysis Center, 8 Conti Drive, Pittsfield, MA (25 miles away; mileage not reimbursed)</li><li><strong>Shift Type:</strong> Days, 12-hour shifts (06:00 AM – 06:30 PM)</li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> 13 weeks</li><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> January 5, 2026</li><li><strong>Weekend/Holiday Requirements:</strong> TBD; holidays required if needed</li><li><strong>On Call:</strong> Rotation basis</li><li><strong>Dress Code:</strong> Personal scrubs, any color</li></ul><h2>Submission Requirements</h2><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of current dialysis nursing experience</li><li>Must be willing to float between campuses (North Adams and Pittsfield)</li><li>Traveler must have own vehicle and clean driving record</li><li>Permanent address must be included in profile (facility will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles)</li><li>All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at time of profile upload; requests after offer will not be honored</li><li>Profile must include:<ul><li>Work history</li><li>Skills checklist (current within 1 year, pertinent to specialty)</li><li>One supervisory signed reference (within past 2 years)</li><li>License/certifications uploaded with profile</li></ul></li></ul><h2>Certification Requirements</h2><ul><li><strong>Required:</strong> BLS (AHA)</li></ul><p> </p>
