What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid Current State RN License
• Minimum of 2 Years Recent Acute Care Experience, with 1+ Year in ICU or Critical Care
• Ability to Float across ICU and IMC units (including overflow), providing flexible critical care services
• ACLS Certification (TNCC, PALS preferred)
• Strong skills in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex patient care
• Excellent communication, assessment, and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work a 36-hour guaranteed week, with rotating weekends and 12-hour shifts (day or night shift options available)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Cardiac/CVICU units
• Knowledge of Medhost EHR system
• Experience managing STEMI, Stroke, Trauma, and cardiovascular diagnoses

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1-2 years ICU experience, including travel or float roles within high-acuity settings
