Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Perform detailed patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and interpret cardiac rhythms via telemetry.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Continuously monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EPIC EMR.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions.
Maintain a safe, clean environment while adhering to infection control and hospital policies.

Must have 2+ years of MedSurg/Tele Experience Must have BLS, ACLS - AHA Must have NIHSS
