Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and lab values
Monitor medical equipment and telemetry systems, interpreting data to guide treatment decisions
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood transfusions, and other treatments as prescribed
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheterization, and other bedside procedures
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, recovery plans, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, interventions, and clinical observations
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

Must have 1+ year of PCU/Step-down Experience Must have BLS, ACLS - AHA
