Work Experience

Registered Nurse (2 years)

License

Pennsylvania Nursing License

Certifications

Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Description

What You’ll Need:

Valid RN license required for Pennsylvania.
Current ACLS, BLS, and CPI/HWC certifications.
1-2 years of OR experience, including familiarity with various surgical specialties.
Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and on-call.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have:

Charge nurse experience.
Level 1 trauma experience.
Robotic surgery experience.
Experience with complex cases in orthopedics, gynecology, plastics, cardio, neuro, urology, and more.

Education & Experience:

Active PA RN licensure.
Prior experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center highly valued.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to accept diverse shift schedules, including on-call duties.
Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including fingerprinting and background checks.
