Description

Provide high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and life-support interventions.
Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret hemodynamic data, and closely monitor vital signs and patient responses.
Administer complex medications, IV drips, blood products, and titrate vasoactive infusions per physician orders.
Operate and manage advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, medical emergencies, and code situations.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record - Meditech.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans while providing emotional support in critical care settings.

Type of equipment: all ICU equipment-ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, GE Cardiac, Output monitor Documentation system: Meditech Must have BLS, ACLS - AHA Must have 2+ years of experience in MICU/MSICU.
