Description
We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses to join our team in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting. Only strong NICU candidates will be considered. Applicants must meet all required qualifications; submissions that do not meet these criteria will be immediately rejected.
The RN will provide specialized, high-acuity neonatal care and must be willing to float to Postpartum and Nursery units as needed. Refusal to float is not acceptable.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Active RN license
- BSN required (non-negotiable)
- Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
- Therapeutic hypothermia (body cooling) experience required
- Ability and willingness to float to Postpartum and Nursery
- Strong clinical skills in high-acuity neonatal care
