RN PCU
MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND – NO EXCEPTIONS

Position/Specialty: MSDU RN
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Candidate Eligibility:

First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Candidates: Must reside at least 75 miles away
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Patient Ratios: Must be comfortable with a 1:5 to 1:7 Med-Surg ratio

Certifications:

BLS required

Systems & Charting:

EPIC experience required

Clinical Skills Required:

Cardiac Monitoring & Emergency Response: Dysrhythmia interpretation and management; rapid response and code team utilization
IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Peripheral line care and management
Respiratory Care: Nasal cannula, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management
Professional Skills: Isolation precautions
