Description

This temporary position will help bridge the staffing gap for the a Post Liver Transplant Coordinator until we can fully onboard and train new permanent staff. The contract worker will assist with patient management, administrative tasks, and other essential duties of a transplant coordinator, enabling the remaining permanent staff to focus on their core responsibilities without sacrificing quality of care. This position will help with patient calls, triage, dosing, help manage patient in baskets messages, assist in clinic, rounding, updating notes and care plans and other responsibilities as identified pertaining to care coordination.
